The first memory scale now exists before the first word.
A first run accidentally stored word counts without the source's relationships. We preserved that mistake, repaired the adapter, froze the correction, and ran the original challenge once more. The corrected system remembered the relationships — but did not integrate them into language.
The source was lived once with online relational memory active from its first token. Both responses were preserved exactly. Neither response met the preregistered integration, insight, or follow-up gate.

The repair moved the failure boundary: missing memory can no longer explain the result; the adapter stored thousands of source relations and still produced fragments.
